PAINTINGS:

Pet portrait prices are based on the number of pets and the size that you choose. I strictly paint them with one color background unless you request differently (Additional fees will apply).

Clients will have the option of canvas paper or stretched canvas. Stretched canvas is ready to hang as soon as you receive painting in the mail. Canvas paper is a great option for the clients to frame as they receive the painting. Framing allows the client to add their own personal touch.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE ME:

I paint directly what I see in the photo you provide me. I do not know your pet personally so it is very important that you send me a clear photo with great quality so that I can see all the details (more than one is encouraged but not necessary).

Natural lighting and no flash is best. If you have an image you want to use but is not very clear you can send it as well and I will inspect it to see if it will work well for the painting. Please keep in mind, some images might not work well for the painting so feel free to send as many as you have.

CLEAR- NO blurry photos

GOOD LIGHTING- Photos taken outside, no filters or flash

NOT TO FAR AWAY- I usually prefer to paint the pet from the chest up but if I am doing more of the body in the painting please dont have it to far away. It is essential to have the details shown in the photo of their eyes, nose etc.

EXTRAS:

ADD YOUR PETS NAME

Add your pets name to the top or the bottom of the painting, in calligraphy.

BODY PART CHANGES/ADD ONS

$75 EXTRA

EX: Your pets ears are usually up and perky and in the photo they are down, this is an additional charge to change the pose. There are limitations on pet changes. Somethings I just cannot do. I will go over this with you before I start.

USPS Priority Mail shipping and handling. If you order the extra large size, shipping cost will be calculated depending on the destination, but will start at $35

PAYMENT:

I request half down to schedule in your painting. This is non refundable and ensures your spot in my schedule. I will keep you updated on when the painting is going to be started and completed. If there is specific due date that you need the painting done by PLEASE make sure that you specify that before the down payment is paid so that I can make sure I have enough time to get your painting done and shipped to you in time.

I accept: Zelle, Venmo and Paypal.

If you need an invoice as an option so that you can pay with credit, there will be an additonal fee added to your payment to cover the credit card fees. This option is full payment required.

When the painting is complete, I will send you a photo of the painting before it is shipped. Once the painting is complete the final payment is due within 7 days. If for any reason the final payment is not completed to me you will be charged an additional $50. That fee and final payment must be paid before it is shipped out to you.

REFUNDS:

Unfortunately, I don’t offer refunds on personal paintings. The time that I take to paint your paintings is important and I cannot gain that time back.

Drawings

I do offer other medium options such as, graphite drawings and colored pencils. These options are a little more than paintings because they do take more time. Please send a message for a free quote.
