Pet Portrait Paintings I offer are painted in Acrylic High Grade Paint. On white Strathmore 300 Series Canvas Paper.

This is a frameable option and more cost effective. Each hand painted pet portrait will be sealed, packaged and shipped to you. Shipping canvas paper vs traditional stretched canvas ensures that it will not be damaged in the shipping process. It also is frameable by the client once they receive the piece. Shipping framed artwork is costly, so ordering your pet portrait on canvas paper is an amazing cost-effective option for you.

Stretched canvases can be an option, so feel free to contact me to set up a commission this way.

Pet Portraits are a great way to keep memories alive of your pet. It doesn’t matter if they are still with you or passed that rainbow bridge, a hand painted pet portrait is something you will love for years to come!

WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE ME:

I paint directly what I see in the photo you provide me. I do not know your pet personally so it is very important that you send me a clear photo with great quality so that I can see all the details (more than one is encouraged but not necessary).

Natural lighting and no flash is best. If you have an image you want to use but is not very clear you can send it as well and I will inspect it to see if it will work well for the painting. Please keep in mind, some images might not work well for the painting so feel free to send as many as you have.

CLEAR- NO blurry photos

GOOD LIGHTING- Photos taken outside, no filters or flash

NOT TO FAR AWAY- I usually prefer to paint the pet from the chest up but if I am doing more of the body in the painting please dont have it to far away. It is essential to have the details shown in the photo of their eyes, nose etc.

PAYMENT:

I request half down to schedule your painting. This is non refundable and ensures your spot in my schedule. I will keep you updated on when the painting is going to be started and completed. If there is specific due date that you need the painting done by PLEASE make sure that you specify that before the down payment is paid so that I can make sure I have enough time to get your painting done and shipped to you in time. Rush Fees may be added.

I accept: Zelle or Venmo

After the contract is signed and deposit is paid you will be added onto my schedule to start. When the painting is complete, I will send you a photo of the painting before it is shipped. Once the painting is complete the final payment is due within 7 days. If for any reason the final payment is not completed within that time frame, you will be charged an additional $50. That fee and final payment must be paid before it is shipped out to you.

REFUNDS:

Unfortunately, I don’t offer refunds on personal paintings. The time that I take to paint your paintings is important and I cannot gain that time back.
